Ingredients

1 tablespoon chocolate chips

1 tablespoon pistachios

6 cherry tomatoes

1 cup broccoli florets (cooked)

2 tablespoons yoghurt

.5 banana

.5 cups blueberries

2 lettuce leaves

Pepper to taste

Dijon mustard to taste

2 tablespoons celery (diced)

2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)

Directions

To boil the eggs place them in a pan and cover them completely with water before adding a medium/high heat until it begins to simmer.

Turn the heat to low and allow the eggs to cook for around ten minutes.

Dump out the hot water and fill the pot with cold water.

Mash eggs, mix with celery, mayonnaise, scallion, mustard and pepper.

Line one section of the bento box with lettuce to make a bowl before filling it with egg salad.

Mix the blueberries with yogurt and banana and place it in a bento box.

Place the tomatoes and the broccoli together in another section of the box.

Fill the fourth with bread and a small container to hold the chocolate chips and pistachios.

Save the chocolate chips and pistachios for an afternoon snack.
